Meet the team

Eduardo joined CRH in 2022 to launch CRH Ventures, bringing years of experience in the building materials and consumer goods industries.

Prior to joining CRH, Eduardo led the M&A team at Cemex, overseeing acquisitions, divestments, and other transactions across Europe and AMEA. He held positions across the Global Corporate Strategy and Business Development functions. Before Cemex, he worked at PepsiCo in the US and LatAm.

Eduardo holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ramy Fam brings nine years of experience across construction, building materials, strategy and innovation.

Prior to his role in CRH Ventures, Ramy worked at Amazon where he managed their flagship program, Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) in Spain. Before Amazon, he had extensive experience in construction working in the CVC and later the Corporate Strategy and M&A arm of Cemex and in the Project Management departments of AECOM and SNC-Lavalin where he oversaw the project cost and planning across mega projects in Oil & Gas, Mining, and Transmission & Distribution. Ramy holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from IE Business School.

Chris Fortunato brings more than a decade of venture capital investing experience having invested in companies all over the globe including notable companies such as Jetti Resources, Mighty Buildings, Solugen, Rappi, and Reonomy.

Prior to his role at CRH Ventures, Chris focused on growth stage investments at Soma Capital. Prior to Soma, he led the venture capital strategy at Manhattan West Asset Management. Chris started his career at KEC Ventures, a family office for a tech entrepreneur, where he led investments across several asset classes.

Chris holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tulika joined CRH ventures in January 2024 with a background in growth equity investing, focusing on high-growth technology businesses across the globe.

Most recently, Tulika attended Columbia Climate School, where she concentrated on climate science, energy systems and industrial decarbonisation. She also spent a summer with Just Climate, a $1.5bn climate-first growth equity fund investing to decarbonise the hardest-to-abate industries. Prior to that, she was an investor at Vitruvian Partners, a €10bn+ AUM European growth equity fund, having previously started her career at McKinsey.

She holds an M.Sc. in Sustainability Science from Columbia University, an M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Economics from Durham University.

Jorge joined the CRH Ventures team in November 2023, bringing with him multiple years of experience in strategy consulting and project management across large infrastructure projects.

Before joining he worked at McKinsey & Company, managing transformations, strategy plan developments, growth plans and new business ventures in Europe. Prior to McKinsey, he worked as a construction project manager in the US, overseeing the construction of diverse transportation projects including highways, bridges, airports, and water infrastructure. Jorge holds a B.Eng and a M.Eng in Civil Engineering from University of Central Florida and an MBA from IESE Business School.

Prior to joining CRH Ventures in 2022, Cameron worked within CRH Global Strategy and Development, Building Products supporting global strategic initiatives and M&A efforts across Europe and the Americas.

Prior to joining CRH, Cameron worked as an Investment Banker with Citigroup in New York City supporting cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other strategic industry coverage across various sectors.

Cameron received a B.B.A. of Finance and Certificate of Entrepreneurship Studies from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. Outside of professional pursuits, Cameron is an avid skier, enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, attending concerts, and watching Formula One.

Before joining CRH ventures in early 2023, Nicola worked at Exus Management Partners as an Investor Relations & Group Senior Analyst overseeing wind and solar portfolios in Spain and developing relationships with investors.
Prior to joining Exus, Nicola worked as a Corporate Strategy & Business Development Analyst in CEMEX’s CSP team, gaining direct exposure to M&A and Corporate Strategy.
Upon graduation, he started his career by working in a Business Development role in a start-up in London.
Nicola holds a BSc in Business, Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.

Marina started with CRH Ventures in November 2023 bringing a wealth of experience in strategy consulting and the building materials industry alongside her strong background in economics and law.

Prior to joining, Marina worked as a senior associate at Bain & Company in the Madrid office, where she mainly focused on projects in the Advanced Manufacturing Services practice across Spain and Portugal. Before Bain & Company, she was part of the Corporate Strategy and M&A arm of Cemex where she supported multiple acquisition and divestment projects across Europe.

Marina holds a Dual Bachelor Degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Prior to joining CRH Ventures towards the end of 2023, Paul spent over 11 years with Tarmac, CRH's UK Operating Company, working as part of the marketing management team responsible for the delivery of a broad range of strategic marketing projects and campaigns across corporate, trade and B2B channels.

Before his move into the construction industry, Paul built up a range of transferable product and brand marketing experience through roles working within the consumer electronics, brand licensing and hospitality sectors. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Management from Bournemouth University.
